What was that again?

Amelia is quite a little stinker. One of my favorite things about her is her husky, raspy little voice. She's a very clever girl and lately she is spending more and more time trying to figure out words.

Last week my mother bought her an adorable little tunic top that has tutu like ruffles banded along the bottom. One morning she told me she wanted to wear her shirt that had 'freckles on it...' Freckles? Oh, you mean ruffles?!

Last night John made pizza for us for dinner, but as a special treat he bought one lobster tail for us to share as an appetizer. Amelia took a bite and pronounced that she didn't like the hamster. Yeah, that made my stomach do a little flip.
