In the past this blog has provided glimpses in to how we really live... Here you got to see pictures of our dirty laundry, here a description of our multi-purpose room.
This fall we moved the girls in together so their beds are in one room, their dressers, books etc... are the other. This has actually worked out pretty well, but it does leave Ava with out a room that is really her own.
Enter our second "multi-purpose" room. This is the room in our finished basement that used to be John's office. Then one summer it was Meghan's bedroom. Now it is the place where Grandma Marilyn sleeps when she comes to visit and, most of the time, Ava's nest. Little girls especially seem to accumulate all kinds of little kitchy stuff. Ava has invaded this space in the basement and left her mark. John spent some time this morning cleaning and vacuuming the space, preparing it for the next infestation, I suppose.
