"Did you polish your shoes on the counter? With flax seeds?"
John was traveling Monday. When I got home that night the scene on the kitchen counter was really something... black shoe polish, flax seeds, protein powder and ground coffee all mixed together. For the record, John said he didn't notice it in his rush to get out the door. Hmmm.....
Ava to Amelia while Ava was trying to get dressed:
"Amelia, I don't want to speak sharply to you, but I don't feel like you're being a very good listener right now."
Wonder where she's heard that before?
