What in this photo would bother John?
What you might ask? Eating breakfast? Reading the paper?
No, it is Ava who insists on sitting at the table with her legs folded up underneath her.
John is forever reminding Ava to sit forward, feet on the floor, when she is eating. He is, perhaps, fighting a losing battle.
The other day he was laughing a bit to himself and I asked him why.... he responded that he was just reminding himself that there would be a day where he would miss terribly Ava sitting at the table with her feet up.
