Yesterday morning the girls and I were watching some Food Network and they were completely captivated by Paula Deen cooking a Pink Lemonade Cake. I thought it would be an easy, tasty dessert for a Saturday evening.
I followed the directions precisely, but the outcome was a total disaster. Take a look at that beauty!
The cake actually tasted pretty good - but it just would not hold together at all. If I made it again I'd probably stick to a 9x13 pan.
