Ava had soccer practice (and man do they need it - they lost their last game in a rout!) so Amelia and I took the opportunity to take the dog and her bike on the trail while Ava's team regrouped. Amelia was ecstatic thinking it was the biggest treat she's had in a while. The dog was exhausted and happy. I got a nice walk in with my daughter and my pup on a beautiful trail. All the while I was thinking "why don't we do this more often?"
