Sunday morning our sweet Ava left to spend the week in Minnesota with Grandma Marilyn and Brian and Hilary's family. Here on the home front we are really missing our Patito. When I asked Amelia if she missed Ava her response? "I feel sad." This is the longest she's been away from us in her whole six years and we hardly know what to do with ourselves.
The thing is, I don't think she's really missing us at all. Hilary has kept us posted with all the fun things they are doing.... a trip to the pool, the park, the zoo, a BBQ... She sent us some pictures this morning including this one where you can clearly see how miserable she is and how much she wants to come home....
