We are packing up and heading out to Minnesota for a few days and the girls are so excited. Ava wanted a picture next to the big suitcase, telling me she thought they needed a suitcase this size for all the stuff she wanted to take with her....

American Gothic
Simpson College is hosting an American Gothic inspired sculpture on their campus through the Fall semester. While we were out and about this morning the girls asked to stop and see it. The sculpture is located on a route I run frequently, but it was fun to stop with the girls and actually take a look. It is really impressive.
